Containers/Food Storage

12×8 Glass Baking Dish with Locking Lid

This set of two 12×8 baking dishes work great for bulk cooking or taking food with you to an event.

4-ounce Mason Jars

I avoid plastic as much as possible. These mason jars are great for desserts or snacks and they're so cute.

3-Compartment Glass Storage Container

I love these compartmentalized storage containers to keep your lunch or snacks separate and fresh.

Glass Food Storage Containers

I no longer use any plastic food storage containers. These glass food storage containers are much safer for storage and reheating food in a microwave.

Kitchen Produce Bags

If you’re trying to use less plastic bags for health and environmental reasons, you’ll find these kitchen produce bags extremely helpful.

Quart Mason Jars

Quart mason jars are great for storing larger batches of soups or drinks.

Pint Mason Jars

Pint mason jars are great to take lunch with you, whether it’s salads, soups or drinks.

8×8 Square Baking Dish with Cover

A square baking dish can be used for many recipes. This one comes with a handy cover for easy food storage.

Baking Sheet

Everyone needs and deserves a good baking sheet!

Braun Hand Blender

I have had my Braun hand blender for many years and love it but I assume the Kitchenaid brand is also great. I use mind to puree soups in the pan and also for whipping (lactose free) cream.

Cuisinart Juicer

A juicer is more of “nice to have” than a necessity but I love having mine around for when I juice a bunch of limes, lemons or oranges for making fruit curds or drinks.

Le Creuset Frying Pan

I love Le Creuset! They’re expensive but they are pans you’ll keep for a lifetime.

Le Creuset 2.25 Quart Sauce Pan

I love Le Creuset! They’re expensive but they are pans you’ll keep for a lifetime.

Mixing Bowls with Spouts

I love a durable mixing bowl that also has a spout for easy pouring.

Ninja Blender

We recently got a Ninja blender and love it! It’s perfect for morning smoothies or smoothie bowls.

I love that this pitcher works for both hot and cold beverages. A bonus – if you make collagen water with fruit, the stopper will prevent the fruit from falling into your drink!

Yogourmet Yogurt Maker

My Yogourmet yogurt maker was there for me when I was having a hard time with SIBO. 24-hour yogurt is delicious on it’s own or makes a versatile recipe ingredient in Yogurt Marinated Chicken or  Probiotic Ranch Dressing.

BPA Free Spatula Set

Spatulas are great for scraping out bowls and measuring cups.

Kitchen Scissors

Kitchen scissors have many uses, including cutting herbs, like chives. I tend to use mine every day.

Mesh Strainers – Set of 3

Strainers are a must-have in my kitchen. I like with this set of three that you’ll always have the right size.

To make digestion easier, most fruits and vegetables should be peeled and deseeded at the beginning of a SIBO diet. I like that this set can be used for hard and soft veggies and also for julienne cut strips.

Pyrex Glass Measuring Cups

These durable and sturdy measuring cups are perfect for measuring a variety of liquids. I’ve had mine forever.

Stainless Steel Slotted Spoon

Slotted spoons are helpful for removing items from a liquid while reserving the liquid in the pot.

Nut Bag

I love that this nut bag is made from organic cotton. I use my nut bag primarily for straining nut milk or yogurt but it seems to come in handy for other uses too.

Parchment Paper

I use parchment paper a lot.  It’s great to have in the kitchen to use on a baking sheet. I also put dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out so I don’t have to worry about it sticking to the counter.

Silicon Molds

I use silicon molds for gummies and they’re also great for ice cubes or mini fat bombs.

Veggie noodles make meals a bit more fun and visually pleasing whether you’re a kid or an adult.
