3-Compartment Glass Storage Container
I love these compartmentalized storage containers to keep your lunch or snacks separate and fresh.
Glass Food Storage Containers

Quart Mason Jars
Quart mason jars are great for storing larger batches of soups or drinks.

Everyone needs and deserves a good baking sheet!
Braun Hand Blender
I have had my Braun hand blender for many years and love it but I assume the Kitchenaid brand is also great. I use mind to puree soups in the pan and also for whipping (lactose free) cream.
Cuisinart Juicer
A juicer is more of “nice to have” than a necessity but I love having mine around for when I juice a bunch of limes, lemons or oranges for making fruit curds or drinks.
Le Creuset Frying Pan
I love Le Creuset! They’re expensive but they are pans you’ll keep for a lifetime.
Le Creuset 2.25 Quart Sauce Pan
I love Le Creuset! They’re expensive but they are pans you’ll keep for a lifetime.
Mixing Bowls with Spouts
I love a durable mixing bowl that also has a spout for easy pouring.
Ninja Blender
We recently got a Ninja blender and love it! It’s perfect for morning smoothies or smoothie bowls.
Yogourmet Yogurt Maker
My Yogourmet yogurt maker was there for me when I was having a hard time with SIBO. 24-hour yogurt is delicious on it’s own or makes a versatile recipe ingredient in Yogurt Marinated Chicken or Probiotic Ranch Dressing.
BPA Free Spatula Set
Spatulas are great for scraping out bowls and measuring cups.
Kitchen Scissors
Kitchen scissors have many uses, including cutting herbs, like chives. I tend to use mine every day.
Mesh Strainers – Set of 3
Strainers are a must-have in my kitchen. I like with this set of three that you’ll always have the right size.
Peeler
To make digestion easier, most fruits and vegetables should be peeled and deseeded at the beginning of a SIBO diet. I like that this set can be used for hard and soft veggies and also for julienne cut strips.
Pyrex Glass Measuring Cups
These durable and sturdy measuring cups are perfect for measuring a variety of liquids. I’ve had mine forever.
Stainless Steel Slotted Spoon
Slotted spoons are helpful for removing items from a liquid while reserving the liquid in the pot.
Nut Bag
I love that this nut bag is made from organic cotton. I use my nut bag primarily for straining nut milk or yogurt but it seems to come in handy for other uses too.
Parchment Paper
I use parchment paper a lot. It’s great to have in the kitchen to use on a baking sheet. I also put dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out so I don’t have to worry about it sticking to the counter.
Silicon Molds
I use silicon molds for gummies and they’re also great for ice cubes or mini fat bombs.
Spiralizer
Veggie noodles make meals a bit more fun and visually pleasing whether you’re a kid or an adult.
