My newest book, The SIBO Cookbook for the Newly Diagnosed, is now available for pre-order on Amazon. I’d recommend this book for anyone who is newly diagnosed with IBS or SIBO, those who haven’t been diagnosed but think they have IBS or SIBO, or those wanting more information or recipes. All 50 of the recipes are marked with the SIBO diets they fit into and all are low FODMAP.
Fantastic!! You are a fabulous foodie and healer! Thanks for all your good work..xo Shivan
Thank you Shivan! You are such a gift to this community and to me personally. xoxo
Hi struggling from day to day with IBS so this book might be of some help to me the e book would be great!
Hi Christine, I’m so sorry but the free electronic versions are all taken. I hope you get a chance to check out the book.
I am currently in my first week of the two week protocol with Zifaxan, neomycin, ox bile, phgg, bio film disrupters. I am planning on starting pro kinetics at the end of the two weeks, not sure yet which one. I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis in 11/2011, in 11/18 diagnosed with gastritis and bile reflux and 7/2019 with SIBO MD, and with so many gut issues and food sensitivities I don’t know in which direction to go. I have also read and started Dr. Gundry’s Plant Paradox meal plans and avoiding all foods with lectins. This book may help me move forward as I heal. When will it be available to purchase? I need it on 11/12/19 to help me once I come off antibiotics. Thank you!
Hi Laura, thank you for sharing your story. The Kindle version is available on November 19th and the paperback will be available December 3rd.
Hi! I was diagnosed with SIBO and have motility and digestion problems. I want to buy the cookbook because I don’t know how to start.
I wanted to know if you have any cookbook for the histamine SIBO diet. I also have inflammation and burning mouth syndrome and other symptoms of histamine intolerance. Thanks
Hi Maria, I don’t have a low histamine cookbook but I really see the need for it so I’m hoping my publisher sees the need for it also and I can start working on one in the next year. In the meantime, the new book has recipes marked as low histamine if they fall into that category. The recipes on the website can also be sorted that way. Hope that helps and hang in there!

I think I have sulfur sibo. I have all the regular sibo syndromes (loose stools, weakness, weight loss, burning and bad tasting mouth for months. I have been on Creon as I also have pancreatic insufficiency. waiting for my sibo breath test to come back in two weeks, and I wonder if your sibo cookbook addresses the fact that hydrogen sulfide sibo requires a completely different kind of diet than regular sibo? Let me know. I am having trouble finding consistent sulfur sibo food lists on line. thanks, Catherine neifing
Hi Catherine,
Sorry, this cookbook doesn’t go into detail about the diet for hydrogen sulfide SIBO. Good luck, I know the online food lists can be frustrating.
Best,
Kristy
Hello I wish to know if you can read the sibo breath test. I am willing to do it if I can find a knowledable sibo breath test person who accurately reads the test like Dr. Siebecker recommends. I have your cookbook The SIbo Diet Plan but need to know if it is sibo first of all. From what I read I am pretty sure I do have it. SO woud you do that if I make an appointment with you and of course guide me with the diet. THanks for any help.
Hi Chantal,
I do ask to review client’s breath tests but a Doctor needs to diagnose SIBO since I can’t diagnose as a Nutritionist. Hope that helps. If you’d like to make a fee 15-minute appointment, please feel free to click on the appointment link on the website.
