Savor the warm weather with this delicious and straight forward salad. Feta cheese is low FODMAP in 3 tablespoons.

Serves: 4-6


1 ripe cantaloupe, cut into bite size pieces
20 mint leaves, cut into julienne strips
¼ cup diced cilantro
¼ teaspoon white pepper
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup aged (30 days or more) feta cheese (optional)


  1. Mix cantaloupe, mint, basil, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil in a medium sized serving dish.
  2. Top with feta cheese, if desired, and serve immediately.
